Droopy Mirror Fix

I slit it in the 5th valley counting from the mirror.  The cut in the 4th valley would have been better and closer to the center of the bolt.  The bolt is on the bottom.  So if you are looking at the right hand mirror on the bike the bolt is on the bottom side.  The bolt is 10mm in size and I just used a socket ratchet to tighten the bolt.  And yes you can over tighten to the point you can not move the swing arm.  I will try to seal with what I'm not sure yet but I think the mirror should withstand a stiff wind now.
