Fork Boots

Here is a pic of the fork boots I installed yesterday. As I indicated, they cost me $13.00 and it only took me an hour to install them. Many of the shops here in Phoenix sell boots for dirt bike forks so it was just a matter of finding the right size for the Connie. BTW, the fork tubes on my '90 are 41mm and the sliders are 62mm. I cut the boots down from 12" in length to 6" and they look and work great. mark in phoenix

If you look in Chalkdust on page 47 (Fend 11), it says that boots made for the Yamaha Venture fit perfectly. It doesn't say what year. 

Jeff Hartford has some on his bike. Not sure if they are from a Venture or not though. Here's a photo I took of them a couple years ago.
