32nd Annual Bun Cooler

Join us for the 32nd Annual Bun Cooler!  Hosted by Jim Sherman, this is the premier kickoff event for all Northwest COG'ers and the unofficial "season opener" for the Northwest!                                                       

Lodging

We will once again be at the Lewis & Clark Resort at Clearwater River KOA in Kamiah, Idaho on highway 12 The resort is nestled at the base of the infamous motorcycle Mecca, Lolo Pass.  You've seen the sign "Winding Road Next 99 Miles", now make the ride.  Great location!

Meals

Registrations before 11:59 PM on May 7th INCLUDES banquet dinner on Saturday night.   

Group picture is at 5:30 on Saturday.

Banquet dinner meal is the 20th at 6 PM: Chicken, beef and vegetable kabobs, rice pilaf, baked beans, dinner rolls, mixed green salad with tomatoes & cucumbers, mini rum cakes.

The following OPTIONAL meal options must be pre-ordered only - you will pay the vendor at the event.  These meals will be served on-site by a caterer so that riders don't have to ride into town for the following meals.

Deadline for ordering optional meals is May 7th. 

  • Friday Dinner from 6 - 7 PM - Italian pasta or chicken Alfredo, garlic bread - $12.50 
  • Saturday Breakfast from 7 - 8 AM - Option 1: Biscuits & sausage gravy or Option 2: French toast bake.  Both options include fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, milk, juice - $12.50 
  • Sunday Breakfast from 7 - 8 AM - Biscuits & sausage gravy, breakfast burrito, includes fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, milk, juice - $12.50 
  • ADDITIONAL ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE - Cinnamon roll, fruit turnover, breakfast cookies

Event Apparel 

Event apparel will be available to purchase when you complete your online registration.  Shirts this year are maroon with turquoise print. There will be NO REFUNDS on purchased apparel.  The deadline to order apparel is Monday, May 1st. 


If the event is cancelled, the purchaser would be responsible for making arrangements to receive apparel, including payment for shipping charges.

Registration

All event registrations will be done online.  Registrations received before midnight on Sunday, May 7th will include the banquet dinner on Saturday night. Registrations received after May 7th WILL NOT include the banquet dinner, but registrants may be able to purchase from the caterer on-site if there is extra food. 

Online registration will close on Wednesday, May 17th at 11:59 pm.  
(Reminder: The deadline to order event merchandise is Monday, May 1st).  

COG Members/Associate Members

  • $26 before 11:59 PM on May 7th (includes banquet dinner Saturday)
  • $10 from May 8 – May 17 (DOES NOT include banquet dinner)

Non-Members/Forum-Only Subscribers

  • $31 before 11:59 PM on May 7th (includes banquet dinner Saturday)
  • $15 from May 8 – May 17 (DOES NOT include banquet dinner)

Cancellations and Refund Policy

Cancellations can be made by emailing Mark Wojcik at events@concours.org before the end of day on Wednesday, May 17th.   There will be NO REFUNDS of event or banquet registration fees for cancellations made after May 17th, and NO REFUNDS on apparel (purchaser would be responsible for making arrangements to receive apparel, including payment for shipping charges).
