Eureka Springs, Arkansas has been a popular resort town and vacation destination since the 1800’s.  Nestled in the Ozark Mountains of Northwest Arkansas surrounded by rivers and lakes, Eureka Springs became known early on for its healing waters, Victorian architecture and historical significance and as a haven for artists.  Eureka Springs has been consistently honored as one of the Top 25 Arts Destinations.   A city of diversity that boasts parades, festivals, music, attractions, dining, outdoor adventures and much more.

Transit's business offices are located at Trolley Stop #1, 137 W. Van Buren (on Highway 62, about 1/4 mile west of the intersection with Highway 23N). A transit staff member is on duty to help with ticket sales and transit-related questions along with information regarding lodging, restaurants and things to do while in Eureka.

Nestled in a woodland setting, Thorncrown Chapel rises forty-eight feet into the Ozark sky. This magnificent wooden structure contains 425 windows and over 6,000 square feet of glass. It sits atop over 100 tons of native stone and colored flagstone, making it blend perfectly with its setting. The chapel's simple design and majestic beauty combine to make it what critics have called "one of the finest religious spaces of modern times."

The seven-story Christ of the Ozarks Statue continues to be one of the most visited attractions in the Ozarks since it was completed in 1966.  Standing sixty-seven feet high, the statue overlooks the picturesque Victorian village of Eureka Springs, Arkansas.

Since its opening in 1995, Zarks Gallery has continued to redefine the art scene in an art-town focused on the traditional. Zarks quickly became a destination for art collectors and appreciators alike focusing on blown glass, contemporary paintings, local pottery and fine jewelry.

The Oark General Store, listed in the Arkansas Register of Historic Places, was opened in 1890 in response to demand for groceries and supplies in the isolated community of Oark, in northern Johnson County.  The Store has served the area ever since, giving it the distinct recognition of being the oldest continually-operated store in the Natural State.
