Return to Hohenwald IV
Barring untold disasters of global or biblical proportions, we intend to host the RTH IV on April 22-25, 2021 at the Natchez Trace Wilderness Preserve near Hohenwald, TN.

This area has some of the best roads in middle Tennessee.  Also, some of the better destinations are the Jack Daniels & George Dickle's Distillery, the Shiloh Battlefield, Pickwick Dam to name just a few.

Camping
The campground has blocked out 10 cabins for our use. Prices listed reflect our discount as a group.  RV sites are also available if you're interested.
Campground Map

Standard Cabin (sleeps 4) from Thursday-Sunday: $228.57

Deluxe Cabin (sleeps 4) from Thursday-Sunday: $336.57

Tent camping (near the shower house): $30.29/night

Because this is a Social, contact Debra or Jana at 931-796-3211 to make your own arrangements.  When you do, don't forget to mention you are with the COG for the discount.

Meals
There will be supper Thursday thru Saturday.  But you will be on your own for breakfast and lunch.  There are restaurants in Hohenwald (about 10-15 minutes away).

Kenny has volunteered his talents to entertain us on Saturday night again.  For those not familiar with Kenny, it's safe to say it'll be worth the price of admission.  With any luck, we'll be able to pull this off this time - time will tell.

Special Announcement Regarding COVID-19
While there are signs that this pandemic will be brought under control in 2021, none of the medical experts are ready to commit to an exact date.  As such, some procedural changes will be required to help everyone feel more comfortable and safer while we are all under the threat of COVID-19.  We anticipate that mask requirements may still be in place, so please plan to bring your own mask/face covering for when you are in public places or in close proximity to others.

To create a safe and enjoyable event for everyone, all participants must agree to the following:

  1. Each person will be responsible for monitoring their own health.  If you have a fever, coughing, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, fatigue, and/or body aches, or if you have been in close contact with someone who has recently tested positive, please stay at home.
  2. Use hand sanitizer and practice hand washing during the event and before every meal.
  3. SOCIAL DISTANCING and MASKS will be required while moving through the serving lines.
  4. The event plans and procedures may be subject to change based on new requirements.

Registration/Fees
Other than campground fees, the Social is free for members and friends of the COG, so if you don't like it, Jack or I will give your your money back.

Please don't forget to register so we can get a headcount for food
