We’ll be running the 27th Annual Hunt for Red October, our biggest event of the riding season, from Friday, October 8th through Sunday October 10th. For those that can join us on Friday, we’ll have an impromptu dinner (perhaps pizzas again this year) at the Don Q Inn. We’ll still meet for lunch on Saturday, October 9th at the Sparta Family Restaurant at the intersection of I-90 and Hwy. 27 in Sparta, and then ride a variety of great southwestern Wisconsin roads to Dodgeville as usual.

Lodging
The Don Q Inn in Dodgeville, WI, which generally sets aside about 20 rooms for us at a special rate, but this year they have another event, and will only be reserving about 15 rooms that will be held for our group until September 7th, so get your reservations in early.

Food

The banquet dinner on Saturday will be catered at the Don Q Inn.

Announcement Regarding COVID-19

Please come prepared to follow to follow local guidelines regarding masks and social distancing.

Each person is responsible for monitoring their own health. If you feel sick, or if you've been in close contact with someone who has recently tested positive, please stay home.

Registration
Online registration will close at 11:59 pm on Friday, October 1, 2021.

$30 for COG members
$35 for non-members (includes forum only subscribers)

The registration fee includes the informal pizza dinner at the Don Q Inn on Friday, the catered banquet dinner on Saturday, and a ticket for the door prizes at the banquet. This is a ‘rain or shine’ event with no refunds for no-shows.

Late registration requests (after 10/01) must be submitted to Dave McClurg via email dmcclurg@wi.rr.com. If a late registration request can be accommodated, the late registration fee will be $40 per person.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations will be accepted up through Friday, October 1, 2021 and must be done via email. Refunds will be paid by check (minus a $10 administration fee) and sent via USPS after the event.
There will be no refunds on cancellations made after October 1st.
